Safe Viewing– Eclipse Viewers

The eclipse in North Yorkshire will be a partial eclipse, which means the harmful rays of the Sun will always be there to burn your eyes. If you are uncertain about looking through filters do not do it. You are now using your last pair of eyes.

The Chief Medical Officer has advised that the safest way to view the eclipse is by one of the projection methods, and that people using filter type 'Eclipse Viewers' do so at their own risk.
