Triggers	I thought at one time it was triggered by caffeine / alcohol, but on reflection there seems to be no immediate trigger - it has its own agenda.
Preventions	none as yet. Will try running up stairs, though when it happens during tennis carrying on playing doesn't help
Current medications/side effects	none. intend to start taking aspirin to reduce risk of stroke. Don't like the idea of Beta-blockers

History of surgery	none
Future plans	hope it will go away
Personal comments	Since studying other contributors experiences I gave up red wine and the events became much less frequent and less severe.
