Personal comments | AF is extremely stressful in itself. Everyone says stays calm and relax, but if you have been there you know how hard that is to do. Anyone having AF and there are many of you. I send out symphathy and understanding. This is not a fun thing to have and I know that millions suffer from it, but you have to be there to really understand. Hang tough and feel free to talk to me as I am sure everyone with this will say to you also. Good Luck and take care of each other. |
