Preventions | Do not drink diet lemonade, diet coke etc. Do not eat large amounts of food or food that can cause indigestion. |

Current medications/side effects | Verapamil 120 mg daily since 5 December, Asprin 75 mg since 5 December, Imapril 10 mg daily. Resting heart rate circa 58 from 61. Tiredeness mid evenings.
Some light headedness, BP reduced about 4 points from 138 / 76 to 132 / 74. |

Personal comments | After being told by my GP that I had hypertension in March 2005. I purchased an Omeron model 6 BP meter. On both occasions it is the unstable pulse warning on the Omeron that alerted me that I was in AF.
On both occasions I spontaneously reverted to sinus rhythm in hospital waiting to be shocked. |
