Preventions	Running is about 80% effective at restoring sinus rhythm, usually with a short session of sharp 1 min efforts. Running is least effective in post race episodes, when I am usually too tired to run fast enough. Strong Belgian beer has worked a few times when running hasn't.
Current medications/side effects	None. (I have a history of intestinal bleeding so try to avoid anticoagulants because of their side effects).
