| Triggers | I believe it may be a combination of fatigue, alcohol(even in moderate amounts},lying on left side & a heavy meal consumed later than usual. However, this is speculative at this time. |

| Current medications/side effects | Amiodarone which makes my skin more sensitive to sun; also results in an itchy condition on my face, neck, arms & back.
Warfarin- no side effects that I'm aware of. |

| History of surgery | Dual chamber pacemaker installed in Jan 05 due to lower than normal hb at times. |

| Future plans | Will see how amiodarone plays out as I've been on & of it a few times(presently back on). Would consider ablation to get of meds but need to know more about success rate. Would appreciate hearing from others who had this procedure done. |
