| Preventions | Avoid overeating especially in the evening. Get more rest. Try to keep stress down as much as possible whenever possible. Avoid alcohol. |

Aspirin - 81mg x 1 per day.
Toprol - 25mg(I take 1 if in Afib for several hours).
Magnesium - 250mg x 1 day. |

| Future plans | Continue on Betapace and see what happens. Although very very difficult try not to think so much about the next episode. |

| Personal comments | In the 3 years I have had this condition I have made some lifestyle changes. Extreme stress, fatigue and especially alcohol seem to be my major factors. Always had lots of anxiety attacks as a kid. Very frustrating dealing with Afib or the possibility of yet another episode on daily basis. Considering ablation at some point. Have spoken with my doctor about this recently. Not decision yet.
