Preventions | Staying with small meals throughout day as opposed to 3 squares/day seem to reduce frequency- Since away from lousy work situation while on medical leave episodes are much less frequent. |

Current medications/side effects | Apo-Sotalol-Accupril-Effexor-Aspirin--Drowsiness, dry mouth, blurred vision, occasionally lightheaded, little or no urine, sexual side effects |

Past medications/side effects | propafenone, atenolol- daily rapid heartbeat along with irregular heartbeat episodes, constant drowsiness and dizziness- stopped taking after 3 weeks and returned to Sotalol |

Personal comments | Have finally had PVA procedure done. Only a week but no new episodes. Still a bit weak but am sure to improve. My procedure took just under 2 hours. Person before me was in for 6. |
