History of surgery	gall bladder (dificult recovery unknown details apnea, heart related possible heroic measures )
Future plans	stay in NSR . retire in no more than 5 years.
Personal comments	I progressed to persistent ,went health food, lost weigth , Docs barely agreed to cardiovert ,they required Amio. quit after sucessfull. perscribed metoprolol I rejected on severe rhythm disturbance . had some instability periods much better now. still on coumadin to keep cardioversion available . there is much pressure to go rate control these days.
