Atenelol - 50 x 2 - low bp, low heart rate (good), cold hands
Synthroid .125 - makes you feel GREAT!
Prevacid - no heartburn!
Coumadin - 7mg

Past medications/side effects | Sotolol - horrible.. headache, nausea, lethargy..
Digoxin - works quickly to bring my heart rate down
Cardizem - used to work to bring me out of afib if I doubled up.
Armour Thyroid - doctor thought synthroid was a little "easier" on the body.
Verapamil - made me quite lethargic and tired |

Personal comments | Learn all you can about your condition and find a good doctor to whom you can talk honestly. Don't stand for medications that make you feel crappy unless you've gone through them all already...
But most of all.. examine your life and cut out the stress as best you can.. learn that there are things you can change and things you can't and don't fret about the things you can't! Find things that make you relaxed and happy and do them often! |
