| Future plans | I am trying to ingnore the uncomfortable symtoms but there are getting unbearable. I think I am going to look into Abalation but they don't do it in Canada so I will have to see how much it costs in the States |

| Personal comments | I am convinced my problem came on from 20 years of tension and stress as I have alot of fear. I tried to get help for this for the past 20 years but in Canada u are just anouther expense and you can't get psycological help unless you are a millionare. Unless you have a distinct cause your are probably keeping in a big secret and it finally got to you. Your heart can't handle mental unrest.
