| General health | Very healthy, non smoker/non drinker, I work out and eat very healthy foods, have taken no medications prior to this condition, except for Prempro and after the controvery I threw those out. I am a believer in vitamins and have taken them for years. |

| Current state | I have eliminated caffein, dairy, sugar from my diet since my last 'episode' a week ago and am hopeful there will be a change. I am also makiing myself get more rest throughout the day and I don't eat later than 7 pm. I am hopeful this will possibly go |

| Personal comments | I realize this is not life threatening except for stroke, and I am grateful for that. I know the anxiety which happens during these 'episodes', and mine last only 4 to 6 hours. Some people are experiencing so much worse than I and my heart goes out to them. I know the biotech companies are doing everything possible to come up with a cure and I am hopeful this will happen within the next few years. Until then I will continue to try on my own to find my own cure. |
