| Preventions | tried almost everything without success until Tambacor, which worked well about a year or so. now they are going to try a hospital stay and take me off Tambacor then try Dofetilide. |

Synthroid 0.1mg 1 a day (Changed from 0.75m 1 a day
NIASPAN 500mg 2 at 1:00pm & 2 at 1:00am g on 2/10/2003)
Allegra 60mg 1 twice a day
Coumadin 5mg 1 a day (Changed From 4mg on 2/10/2003)
Labetalol 100mg 1 twice a day(started on 02/12/2003) QUIT TAKING
