Current state	Trying mag supplements,fish oil etc currently off medication waiting to see what happens
Triggers	Most definitely stress or prolonged stress,bending down,sometimes physical activity like horseriding.Odd beats and discomfort when lying on left side
Preventions	CALM CALM CALM!! relaxation techniques.Avoiding extreme physical tiredness
Current medications/side effects	Was on Sotalol,regarded as safe because was still feeding my new born baby at first diagnosis.Worked ok but heart often very slow,hairloss,cold hands and feet and pins and needles.Next flecainide,less side-effects,a bit nauseous on and off,still hairloss.Also prescibed atenalol with the flecainide as heart racing for long periods after exertion but felt very faint on several occasions so stopped it.Now trying no drugs just 75mgs aspirin but would like to find an alternative to this
History of surgery	Tried RF ablation feb 1999 but unable to ablate
Future plans	Have been put forward for biatrial pacing but feel wirh current frequency of episodes this is too drastic.I will stop my meds and wait and see!
