| Triggers | Sometimes stress due to undertaking something new, after dinner speaking for the first time, playing the club final bowling match etc.
Not work related.
Have suspicion that flying has something to do with triggering. |

| Preventions | None yet but desperatly looking. |

| Current medications/side effects | Warfarin, Amioderone and Digoxin. Was also on frusimide as diuretic but it, combined with warfarin, led to a kidney bleed and 9 days in hospital.
Was on sotalol for 3 years until full AFib started then switched to the three above. |

| History of surgery | Kidney removed aged 5 after accident/trauma.
Had cardioversion last week but the sinus reverted to AFib within 24 hours. |

| Future plans | To carry on living and working and hopefully find a solution. |

| Personal comments | Good to know there are others out there who share the problem.
I also met my old squash partner in the hospital AF clinic last week. He has the same problem!!!! |
