Preventions	Avoiding alcohol after periods of physical or emotional stress. Taking anti-acid when I feel a hint of gastronomical distress. Maintaining a regular exercise program.
Current medications/side effects	Coumadine and rythmol.
History of surgery	None related to heart. Knee surgery 1.5 years ago, several eye surgeries.
Future plans	Monitor triggers with goal of reducing or eliminating meds.
Personal comments	Afib is a scary thing. However, I believe doctors and ER's have an incorrect protocol for LAF. Generally, I convert on my own whether I go to the hospital or not, but my experience is limited to 6 or 7 episodes.
