Triggers | Occurs at rest in bed at night. Usually wake from sleep. If i lie on my left side. Late night eating or heavy meals. Overindulgence in alcohol. Chinese food. Sometimes tea. Sometimes bending down. Yawning. I always know i am going to get an attack by the skipped beats. |

Arhythmol - made things much worse for me
Beta blockers - made things worse and i could not tolerate them |

Personal comments | i am glad i have been categorised as vagal induced af because it makes sense now why the other tabs didnt work. i dont like having this diagnosis but it is not as bad as other heart disorders. I really really do not like the idea of taking medications for life. |
