Personal comments | As soon as I become aware that I am in an episode of AF. I make a concious effort to change my mood or train of thought to a less intensive frequency during working hours which helps. Also do something once a week that makes me feel good, small and un-noticable to anyone else but something I would`nt normally do like give way to a taxi. |
