Future plans | Just live with it. My Dad had it for 20 years and did not die of it. My Mother also has had it for probably 15 years. Fortunately I can still exercise vigorously. I Mountain Bike and Road Bike but had to stop running due to knee surgery. However there is no question I don't have the energy I used to, don't know if due to the reduced cardio effeciency or aging. |
