| Current medications/side effects | Protoxin 40mg for the esophageal reflux - I wondered if AF could be a side effect.
Coumadin 5mg - just three doses so far - no side effects now
Digitex .25mg - nothing for now |

| Personal comments | I'm new to this and right now I don't know what to expect. I'm not sure if I should just go back to my normal schedule or just take it easy.
I felt ok yesterday morning, so I worked some, was out in the heat a good bit and dealt with some stress. Later in the afternoon and evening I didn't feel well. Late last evening I guess I went into normal rhythm and was able to get to sleep. I think I'll try to take it easy today.
I always thought I was in pretty good shape, but now I'm wondering. I don't look my age, have always had a heart rate in the 50 to 60 range, blood pressure sometimes up but mostly normal. I did well on the treadmill, they had to tell me when to stop, nothing showed up while I was doing the stress test. This is starting to make me feel old. |
