General health | Good general health. Have excercise induced asthma |
---|
Current state | Managing |
---|
Triggers | Alcohol, MSG mainly in Chinese food, sweeteners in diet drinks, hot bath, |
---|
Preventions | I have come to realise that episodes co-incided with gurgly stomach and excess acid. This is obviously affecting my heart. |
---|
Current medications/side effects | Daily Aspirin, Lansoprazole. I was given the Lansoprazole by my doctor to combat stomach pain caused by the Aspirin. I have been taking them for a few weeks now and my stomach problems and AF have completely disappeared. You can only take these for 8 weeks so I am looking for something long term to give the same result. |
---|
Past medications/side effects | Bisoprolol knocked me for 6 so stopped taking them after consulting Cardiologist. |
---|
History of surgery | None |
---|
Future plans | Looking at diet and supplements. |
---|
Personal comments | Also suffer from Benign Cramp Faciculation Syndrome which causes my calf muscles to contract constantly. Not sure if this has any bearing on my AF. |
