| Personal comments | My father also has Afib which began at my age. He is now 81 and still managing although now on Warfarin and two other meds. He does not excecise but watches his diet and tries to avoid any stress, lives in the country, enjoys a slower pace of life, has still got a good caring wife and enjoys his time.Bless him. |
