Pariet PPI's for IBS and gastritis,taken for two years took a toll and have been successfully tapered. |

Future plans | Try to manage and optimise health, by diet lifestyle improvements. Vegetarian almost vegan, regular, daily walking.Try to control stress, by Mindfulness, meditation which seems to help a lot! |

Personal comments | My father also has Afib which began at my age. He is now 81 and still managing although now on Warfarin and two other meds. He does not excecise but watches his diet and tries to avoid any stress, lives in the country, enjoys a slower pace of life, has still got a good caring wife and enjoys his time.Bless him. |
