Triggers | Lack of potassium caused first episode,no further episodes for years while on zebeta and diovan. Don't know what triggered this except possibly stress but it has been continuous for over a month. Didn't go to the doctor until my regular appt last week. EKG mid July was normal. |

Personal comments | Historically every chronic condition I have had from seizures to facial tics have been a deficiency or an intolerance.. I take numerous supplements for this reason. I especially lack minerals and B complex. |
