| Personal comments | I believe that my AF was caused by being extremely overweight, especially through my 30's and 40's. I also had moderately high blood pressure. After my weight loss, I was feeling really good and healthy, working out, wondering why my heart rate would get so high. Now I know!
I am at the beginning of the AF journey. So far, rate control, anticoagulation, and ruled out sleep apnea. More to follow! |
