Personal comments | I am looking for ways to advance exercise without increasing frequency of A-Fib episodes. I have devleoped a whole host of behaviors trying to get in quality workouts - Chicken Noodle soup before workouts - 60 oz gatorade on runs - naps within an hour of hard workouts - etc. Not sure if any of it actually works. |
