Triggers | Anxiety, matured cheeses, chocolate sometimes, run down, if I over eat or eat in a hurry, chilli and spices,bananas, suspect Thyramine foods as well, I suspecte low blood sugar as well. |

For me keeping less stressed no anxiety if possible
Avoid matured cheese, bananas and lots of chocolate
Not too much coffee or tea

Future plans | Will continue to take Fish Oil, B Vitamins and Cardio nutrients as I feel less stressed out and less anxiety since I have been taking these supplements
Will continue to have Bicom Therapy as this also has helped tremendosley with desensitising of epinepherine (adreline) and Thyramine |
