| Personal comments | I have been battling this for 2 1/2 years and have been steadly getting worse. I am on leave of absence from work since Jan. 2008.
Because it is very difficult to exercise ( very little) but some walking for 10- 15 minutes maybe twice daily.
I have gained 42 lbs since Jan. My cholestrol is up to 271 without changing my diet.
And I am very uncomfortable in general. I feel I am falling into a hole and won't be able to get out.
