Triggers	Sulfites in food or wine, MSG, excessive caffeine, more than 2 or 3 drinks followed by a big meal.
Current medications/side effects	Tikosyn (dofetilide) since 11/2000 which converted me to NSR after only 2 capsules in hosp. No apparent side effects, but who knows long term effects. I continue to take coumadin, lasix, dieuretic, potassium, lotensin and atenolol, plus premarin, vioxx, and various vitamins. No clearly apparent side effects.
Past medications/side effects	Listed above. The only thing changed is the addition of the lotensin for my blood pressure and the reduction of the atenolol from 100 mg. to 25 mg. per day, when I converted to NSR.
History of surgery	Hysterectomy 30 years ago, plus minor procedures not requiring major operation.
Future plans	To continue on the Tikosyn as long as I remain in good health and in NSR - and as long as I can afford it - it's expensive!!! Along with the other meds I take, my pharmacy bills are breaking me up in business!
