| Past medications/side effects | Had ablation by orthoscopic surgery dec 2005 - Hospitalized for 3 months - nearly died - no positive effect and health state is far below that of before surgery. Detection of a swallow problem is the only positive outcome of this surgery and my family recommends EXTREME Caution before having this surgery as a lung is deflated and peumonia is somewhat common
Coumadin,Amioderone and 4 others - with every nasty side effect in the book evident. Found DRs unwilling to acknowledge them - very frustrating. Life became mostly misery although i know others who love amioderone.

| Future plans | hope to actually feel better - and perhaps be allowed back home from Nursing home. I left a healthy 80 year old just shy of 1 year ago and am now a near invalid. |

New proceedures are often exciting and can be effective but understand that you may become a deciding statistic for future reference. Don't expect miracles -
