Preventions | stay calm with deep and slow breathing, and stay away from triggers.
I have found taking extra magnesium helps shorten the duration of episodes |

Past medications/side effects | Rythmol, worked for 2 years and then made it worse, would get afib after taking tablet;
Verapamil.
Lanoxin/ lost 16 pounds in 3 weeks, and turned zombie like
Sotalol/ tired and confused, after a year increased frequencies of AFib attacks, took 10 days to wean of them.
took 2 tablets of Amioderone and trembled for 3 days. |

Cardiologist suggested pacemaker, but I chickened out.
