| Triggers | Lack of sleep, caffeine and alcohol. Also if I am unwell, e.g. a cold. |

| Preventions | Take medication. Also burn aromatherapy oils everyday, ylang ylang slows down heart rate. Don't rush around so much anymore, take things a bit easier. |

| Current medications/side effects | I take sotalol twice a day and if I am having an episode I take two flecanaide. No real side effects with the sotalol but taking the flecanaide really slows me down. I cant do much after that. |

| Future plans | Wanted to have an ablation but the specialist won't operate. I have multiple new cells that are firing and he says he cant get them all and it would take too long.
Will carry on with the medication and wait for medical science to come up with a new treatment.
