Triggers	Maybe cafeine in larger amounts. Otherwise it all looks like superstition in my case.

Current medications/side effects	Sotalol and warfarin. Hard to get heart rate high enough for active lifestyle. Sometimes wonder if drugs are depressants too. Heart rate was fairly low before taking Sotalol and has dropped more, from 60 to low 50's sometimes high 40's at rest. 54 as I am writing just now.

History of surgery	none
Future plans	Keep hiking, paddling, brush clearing, walking. My cardiologist plans to do another echocardiogram this month and said he may recommend removing the warfarin and reducing the sotalol if that goes well.
Personal comments	My symptoms at their worse are quite minor compared to what I have read most people on this site write about. Still, I definitely prefer to avoid the afib experience.
