Triggers	Caffeine including chocolate, too much alcohol (more than a bottle of red over 4 hrs), STRESS, sudden cold water like diving, sitting at computer with a tight belt on. Random as well I think.
Preventions	Eliminate as much as possible of the above.
Current medications/side effects	Prinivil for blood pressure, no side effects noticed. Coumadin 5mg, Lanoxin 250mcg. One of these last two is causing some constipation.
Past medications/side effects	Cordarone X for 20mths. Sunburn, loss of hair, general feeling of unwell. Very glad to get off it.
History of surgery	Umbilical hernia operation 8wks ago, 1hr general anaesthetic.
Future plans	Another cardioversion. (The last one was good for nearly three years, then I slipped back into caffeine and alcohol. Won't do that again.)
