Triggers	Seems to be if I eat a big meal, or lots of wheat based foods, cereals, bread, pizza, or beer and after excercise, walking up many flights of stairs back to the office at lunchtime (after a meal say) I also get a runny nose, red eyes and sneeze a lot after eating slightly too much of these foods and think that the trigger could be food related ?
Preventions	None, just wait for it to go away.
Current medications/side effects	Daily Aspirin 50mg (when I remember)

Future plans	Delay having to take Atenolol for as long as I possibly can
