Current medications/side effects	Took cardizem but it seemed to make me worse, so currently not on anything for the LAF. Do take asthma meds as needed.
Future plans	Learn to better cope with this
Personal comments	Check list has a place for electrical cardioversion, but not chemical conversion. I have had chemical conversion in the ER. Thanks for putting this together. It's very interesting and helpful.
