Personal comments	My first episode was 8 years ago, then off and on every six months. Of course I didn't seek help until 18 months ago. Cardiac rhythm specialist tried King of Hearts monitor 6 months ago for a month, but had no episodes. Two weeks ago my wife and I started the Atkins Diet, after four days I had them off and on all day. Short 2 minute episodes every 15-20 minutes(which I have never had), and usually either a :40 or 2 hr. also. They put me back on the KOH monitor and was diagnosed AF for first time.
