Current medications/side effects	warfarin 2mg 24hrs some bleeding when cut/brusing sotalol 80mg 24hrs makes me calm/less emotional paracetamol when required for pain control and control of migraine
Past medications/side effects	asprin to thin blood to ease stress on heart parcetamol for control of migraine, has small success amoxacyline for infection control for surgery/dental work,gives me belly ace/dyororea ferrusimide due help combat fluid retention
History of surgery	St Judes aortic conduit & valve implanted summer 2000 countless chest drains following valve implant
Future plans	to get my life back to normal like it was before my heart attack in 2000 to get people/doctors to realise you dont have to be 80 to have heart problems(for 30 years my ex GP told me to buck up my self and to 'stop moaning about silly little twinges'.Turns out one good bump end of! I rode a motorcycle for a living!!!!) to get back on a bike
Personal comments	Sorry about my spellings i know they can suck sometimes !! I have sufured from AF all my life but thought it was normal due to my doctor being incompitant/lazy arse. I only found out what was happening when i arrived at the Royal Brompton in London during the spring of 2000.Gerneraly i feel ok but some times have chest pains across my rip cage due to the surgery i recived. AF gives a flutter about once a week for about 20 mins or so and can gat sacrey at times but normaly it gose away. (If i am at work i can get complaints from people around me as my heart valve gets noisey.Sotalol helps to make me a calmer me tese days
