Triggers | Caffeine, chocolate, overeating throughout the day, eating large meals at home or in restaurants also salty food in a restaurant, second hand smoke, strong odors like paint and varnish, indoor and outdoor pollution, strong emotions like excitement,anger and also disappointment in the lack of integrity in some people, falls, over exertion and dehydration. Colonoscopy prep such as Phospho-Soda (too much salt in it). |

Preventions | I have reduced my intake of food, which includes carbs, fat,sugar,caffeine,theobromine(chocolat products)vitamin K and salt. I am trying to walk on a treadmill more than once a week and I am drinking more water. |
