Triggers	Caffeine, chocolate, overeating throughout the day, eating large meals at home or in restaurants also salty food in a restaurant, second hand smoke, strong odors like paint and varnish, indoor and outdoor pollution, strong emotions like excitement,anger and also disappointment in the lack of integrity in some people, falls, over exertion and dehydration. Colonoscopy prep such as Phospho-Soda (too much salt in it).
Preventions	I have reduced my intake of food, which includes carbs, fat,sugar,caffeine,theobromine(chocolat products)vitamin K and salt. I am trying to walk on a treadmill more than once a week and I am drinking more water.
Current medications/side effects	Tambocor l00mg AM and 50mg PM Coumadin 7.5mg MWF and 5mg TTSS Aspirin 81mg Colace l prn (when I need it)

History of surgery	Minor surgeries l959,l998,l999
Future plans	I plan to lose more weight(about 25 more lbs) because I think that I'll be able to reduce my intake of Coumadinas a result.
Personal comments	I am delighted with the AFIB list because I will learn a lot and perhaps be able to prevent episodes of AF and in addition,I feel supported by the Moderators and the rest of the members.
