Triggers	Most frequent are heavy meals; however, 50% of episodes occurred under many different circumstances, some even just when awaking. My cardiologist says there are no consistently predictable triggers.

Current medications/side effects	Amioderone I have been on it for only 7 weeks, but suspect fatigue.
Past medications/side effects	Atenolol -- periodic drops in blood pressure, lightheadedness Sotolol -- No side effects, but an increase in AF episodes.
History of surgery	Repair of ruptured ovary at age 18. Repair of bleeding ovarian cyst at age 22. Hemorhoidectomy at age 23. Hysterectomy (cervical cancer) at age 24. Repair and partial removal of prolapsed intestine at age 31. Insertion of fixator to repair fractured wrist at age 68.
