Current state	daily afib, feel tired alot
Triggers	cold food or drinks, overeating, bending over, tight clothing around middle, laying on left side or laying back in recliner, being scared or uptight about something. Worse at night.
Preventions	don't know of any so far
Current medications/side effects	I've tried alot of meds, I am on Lopressor right now, 1/4 tablet twice daily. No known side affects. Sometimes it helps, but of an evening it doesn't seem to.
Past medications/side effects	Toprol, Norpace, Veripimal, Digixon, comadin, and lots more I can't think of. All had side affects for me.
History of surgery	Gallbladder, hysterectomy, heart ablation, varicose vein stripping
Future plans	Try and find something to cure this problem. May go to the Cleveland Heart Clinic and have the procedure done called Pulmonary Vein Isolation. Heard it really helps.
Personal comments	Just glad to read that I'm not alone in having this problem. I wish that these doctors would realize how this affects our lives and our loved ones lives.
