| Triggers | I really cannot say what triggers this, I thought it was overeating, position in bed, even sitting on john, but nothing proves out. Trying different medications and also went to a holistic nutritionalist and trying to control it with his help. Seems to be a bit less but still there. I go to a gym 4 times a week and do a credible workout with no problems. Actually, I prefer to stand and move rather than sit or lie down. Doesn't seem to happen as often. |
