Preventions	Gentle stroll. Being upright
Current medications/side effects	Aspirin. 80mg Sotalol -> much reduced at-rest heart rate (~65 -> ~45 bpm)
Past medications/side effects	None
History of surgery	Varicose veins.
Future plans	!
Personal comments	I have virtually given up late meals. I can't give up lying down and don't want to give up sailing. Though sailing often results in AF, not sailing doesn't stop it occurring. I have ticked "vagal" below, but that's just my opinion.
