Triggers	stress, illness, too much food, too much salt, skipped beats seem to precede. Seems being tired does me in.

Current medications/side effects	Tambocor - seems to make me more aware of my heart beat. Dry mouth. Maybe more anxious, not much appetite.
Future plans	Learn to deal with the stress in my life. I am working with kids with emotional disabilities and in graduate school getting my doctorate in psychology. Need to cut down and find a balance.
Personal comments	I find this all kind of scarey. I think I become my own worst enemy with the anxiety the diagnosis has created for me. I have never liked hearing my heartbeat. Never used to and now I am aware of it most of the time. (My worst experience as a kid was at the museum of science and industry in Chicago, IL where they had a large human heart that you walked through - complete with beating sounds. Scared me to pieces at age 4 or so. And I always hated Poe's Tell Tale Heart. Interesting, huh?
