Past medications/side effects | Was on Toprol XL 25 mg before 1st ablation,stopped 3 months after 1st ablation. Only use one 25 mg Toprol XL if in AFIB to slow heart rate.
Now only on coumadin. Eventually will only be on Aspirin 325 mg when I come off coumadin.
Had Lovenox injections for 1st week after ablation-did get nosebleed 2X. None since stopping Lovenox. |

History of surgery | 1st Ablation November 2006- improved condition but not a complete cure done at Roosevelt / St Lukes in NYC
2nd Ablation February 28th,2008- at St. Lukes in NYC- Dr. Steinberg. Seem to be fine - some rapid heartbeat but in NSR. No AFIB! Still healing.
Glad I opted for 2nd procedure! |

Future plans | Hopefully this ablation has done the trick. Plan to maintain healthy lifestyle and lose some weight, get back to more exercise and enjoy life. |
