---|
Past medications/side effects | Rythumol, didn't stop afib, and I believe made it worse, had 3 different episodes in 1 day, every other day 2 hrs to 18 hrs. Flecinide was no better. |

Personal comments | Do not drink (Quit), do not smoke, very little sodium, no external MSG, low fat diet, no diet soda, I eat mostly fresh foods, and am on a diet for the last two years, and lost over 100 lbs. Drink plenty of water, and moderate exercise. Try to eliminate stress as much as possible, as I used to be high strung and was easy to get into rage situations. A Total life style adjustment, but feel much better. In 6 years at least 20 episodes, but they are becoming more frequent. |
