Current medications/side effects	digoxin .0125 mg toprol 100mg lisinopril 40 mg lasix 20 mg lipitor 10mg coumadin 2.0 mg 4 days a week, 1 mg 3 days a week
Past medications/side effects	amiodarone 200 mg (before pacemaker implant) was never comfortable taking it although my Doctor told me I was handling it well, I was very frightened of all the side effects it had. atenolol 25mg made me dizzy and anxious. It actually put me in the hospital for 4 days in September 2004, because it slowed the heart rate too much.
History of surgery	12/7/2004 pacemaker implanted by Dr. Stanley Forwand at Mount Auburn Hospital, Cambridge, MA.
