Breathing technique.
Dont let Af rule your life. It is extremely frightening when it happens, but I have always come through it. |

Personal comments | For me AF has brought on a bad state of anxiety - agorophobia. Feeling scared about there being no help at hand in the advent of an attack . Since ablation 6 years ago it took me all of those years with the help of counselling to regain my confidence. 18 months ago that confidence was taken away again. I am on theconfidence building road again. |
