MSG... within seconds of eating foods containing it
Sugar - usually only if eaten within an hour or two before going to bed
Stress - try taking a 20 minute nap.... it helps if you can find time for it
Going to bed - 95% of episodes start within 5 minutes of laying down in bed. Seems like when heart slows down some other irregular pacemaker takes over. Heart rate usually falls below 50 at rest.

Preventions | Take a nap during the afternoon - it seems to reduce chances of having an episode
Avoid sugar after dinner.
