Getting started with Oak Draw |
What is Oak Draw? | |
Oak Draw is an object based drawing package for Windows 95, 98, 2000 and NT.
It is designed to be used by children in schools but also to be powerful enough for professional users.
| |
Object based (or vector) drawing packages can produce much clearer diagrams than pixel based painting packages. Drawings can be scaled without loss of quality.
| |
You can create shapes and then move, edit and combine them to build up pictures, maps and diagrams.
Because each object exists independently, you can create different versions of a map or diagram by moving objects to the back or front and by changing colours.
